🧻 Consumables
We provide basic supplies for the first couple of days (toilet paper, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, dishwasher powder). For longer stays, you’ll find more supplies at Woolworths in Jindabyne (15 min drive).

🔥 Heating & Cooling

• Reverse cycle air con (downstairs) via Mitsubishi remote

• Escea Gas Fireplace – controlled with the white remote on the mantel

• Bedroom panel heaters & ceiling fans

• Underfloor heating (automatically controlled)

Please don’t leave heating on while out or set underfloor heating above 24°C as it may trip.

📺 TVs
There are smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Log into your own Netflix or Disney+ accounts and don’t forget to log out before checkout.

🔊 Soundbar
Use the remote labeled “Soundbar” on the mantel. Pair your phone and enjoy.

🍳 Kitchen
Fully equipped with oven, induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, jug, Nespresso machine, sandwich press, dishwasher, fridge, crockery, cookware.

• Please rinse dishes before placing in dishwasher (hard water area)

• Clean milk frother and coffee machine after use

💡 Touch Lamps
Tap the lamp base to turn on/off.

🪟 Blinds
Remote-controlled blinds: Use the living room remote for all blinds or individual room remotes as needed.

🧺 Laundry
Washer, heat-pump dryer and sink in downstairs cupboard. Detergent under the sink. Instructions in folder in kitchen drawer.

🧹 Cleaning tools
Stick vacuum, broom, mop, dustpan – all in the ski/board storage cupboard in the entry.

🧯 Circuit Breakers
Located in the downstairs bedroom, furthest cupboard from the door.

🚮 Rubbish & Recycling
Bins are behind the green wooden fence on Rocky Road (above playground).

• Red lid: Landfill

• Yellow lid: Recycling (rinsed items, no plastic bags, nothing smaller than a credit card)

Please don’t leave rubbish outside – wildlife will find it!

📚 Games & Books
Located in cupboard in second bedroom. Notebook and pens in kitchen drawer.

🚲 Bikes
Please do not bring bikes inside. Store outside or in your vehicle.

🧥 Drying Cupboard
Push the button once to activate heater for 2 hours.

🍖 BBQ
Turn on gas (2 large dials), press red ignition button. Turn off when finished. Please clean after use.

🔥 Firepit
Private use only. Axe and block provided. Wood not supplied – available in Jindabyne.

🪑 Outdoor Furniture
Blue mat squares (by the lounge) can be used on cold concrete seating. Please bring them back inside.

🛏 Linen
Bed linen and bath towels provided. Please BYO pool towels and face washers.

🚰 Water
Sourced from Thredbo River. Safe to drink but may appear discoloured due to sediment.
